CEMAL HÜSEYİN GÜVERCİN, MD, PhD

Cemal Huseyin Guvercin completed his MD degree in 1989 from the Uludag University Faculty of Medicine, Specialization of Public Health degree in 2000 from Uludag University Faculty of Medicine Department of Public Health, Master’s degree in Public Administration in 2004 from Public Administration Institute for Turkey and Middle East, and his PhD degree in 2007 from Ankara University, Department of Medical Ethics and History of Medicine.

Dr. Guvercin is currently an Instructor, Faculty of Medicine at the Dokuz Eylul University in Izmir, Turkey. His main areas of research interests are health and human rights, patient rights, research ethics, public health ethics, ethics education and training.
