SİBEL SAKARYA, MD, MPH, MHPE

Dr. Sakarya has completed her specialist training on Public Health at Hacettepe University Faculty of Medicine. She has got her MPH from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem in 1998 and her master degree in Medical Education from the University of Maastricht, The Netherlands, in 2006. She worked in Marmara University Faculty of Medicine, Department of Public Health between 1996-2018. Since 2018 she has been working at Koç University School of Medicine, Department of Public Health. Her major areas of interest include epidemiology and management of chronic diseases, health promotion and migraton health. Dr.Sakarya is a member of the International Medical Education Accreditation Board (UATEAK). Since 2009 she is leading the Turkish Journal of Public Health as Editor in Chief.
